Livestock Weigh In
ALL livestock MUST be on the fairgrounds by 5:00 p.m.
- Hog weigh in from 3:30-5:00 PM
- Feeders, steer weigh-in begins @ 5:30 PM @ usual place
- Sheep, goat weigh-in @ 5:30 PM (West side of Show Arena.)P
- Poultry weigh-in @ 3:30-5:00 PM (Small Animal barn)
- Rabbit weigh-in @ 5:00-6:00 PM (Small Animal barn)
Barn Meeting following weigh-in (Show Arena)
Everything that needs to be completely filled out and turned in at weigh-in is: weigh-in cards (available at vet check in), Animal Sale Declaration Form, hog Ractopamine Affidavit and feeder vaccination forms. We will have someone checking these forms and if they are not filled out you will have to go to the end of the line and fill them out right. We have a new form, Animal Sale Declaration Form that is available on the Attica Fair website. This form MUST be filled out and turned in to Brenda Snavely by 9:00PM the day of weigh-in. All poultry will be checked-in and weighed in the small animal barn. The poultry will be leg banded and you will have to provide all of your hatch papers. Leg bands are the property of the fair so please remember to turn these in when your animals are released or your premiums will be forfeited.

Sale Declaration
There is a limit of 2 transactions per exhibitor permitted to be sold through the commercial sale ring. The designation of which animals will be sold is to be made at weigh-in by using the Sale Declaration Form.
Animal Declaration Form, that will be mailed to each exhibitor prior to the fair. This form MUST be filled out and turned in at time of weigh-in. All poultry will be checked-in and weighed in the small animal barn. The poultry will be leg banded and you will have to provide all of your hatch papers and DUNF.
